Harassment: Cannot persist or intimidate people. Intrusion of grief or shock: Cases must be approached with sympathy and discretion and publication handed sensitivity. Children: Pupils are free to complete their time at school without unnecessary intrusion. They must not be approached or photographed at school without permission Children must not be identified in sex cases. Hospitals: Journalist must obtain identification for permission to access the hospital.
